After 18 years living here now I'm getting evicted because the shady nest wouldn't take my rent. I tried working with them and got nowhere. I've been in and out of the hospital with a heart problem losing time off work but they don't care about anything but money. Stay away from this place. I fell behind on the rent and got the impression they don't care.
The office staff are not professional their BBB rating is poor .

This place is a joke.They keep raising the rent every 6 months even though it's supposed to be affordable housing.The apartments are infested with cockroaches.The hot water doesn't work most of the time. One star is being generous.Do yourself a favor and find a better place to live because this place doesn't even have basic amenities.

Been here 10 years n this place has gone down hill the worst is this the new owners don’t fix anything no maintenance guys around here . They say they will be here not one time have the maintenance guy came thru. The out side lights that they pay pg me for they have been shut off for 6 months now at first they said they are waiting on the part . That was a lie because they came on the next night n were shut off again . They don’t fix anything they want to run this place to the ground n that’s what’s happening. Tokyo heard the manager tell a lady tenant if u need anything call me . I yelled out we need the outside light fixed n I made sure he heard me. They don’t fix anything all they want is to collect rent n that’s it . I tell you that story tomorrow from the cuckoo nest

Yep, that’s the maintenance van, dragging a couch from the trash bins, with a cord that was connected to a table saw also found in the same location. Office staff is friendly, as well as maintenance guys, but rather lazy if ya ask me. But yep, beware of the humor this place brings

I have lived in springwood court apartments for about 10 years now. I have never had any major issues .I feel safe in my place. I go to work, I come home and I mind my own business. The pools are nice to enjoy in the summer and the laundry rooms are all so convenient. There are play areas for the kids. And I can have my dog here with me. The maintenance crew are all so nice and knowledgeable. And the office staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. I especially love secilia. She is the one who processed my application 10 years ago. I love the covered assigned parking spots . All the issues about theft and vandalism happen from time to time. But that's going on every where. Overall I love where I live. Or else I wouldn't be here so long.

EXTREMELY rude!!! They refused to acknowledge anything I would say, kept cutting me off and interrupting me constantly...
Manager was very rude..
They say they work with low income but it's nothing but lies!!
Do not go here!!
It's not worth it!!
We have paystubs, money, everything, but they rather mistreat people than do business...

My daughter live here and her ac has been out since June 4 th . She has contacted them several times and today is June 15 and still no one has came out . Its 100 * here . We will be contacting the housing authority on Monday

Springwood Court has amazing management. Every one of my concerns, questions, etc have always been handlers professionally and in a timely manner. The office manager Secilia is always available to assist me and gets things done in a timely manner. The location is close to schools, stores, and the freeway. The neighbors are quiet also. Overall I’ve had a great experience living on the property.
