Why would I call to speak to a manager with a bad attitude and even worse customer service. She holds grudges and takes her interaction with tenants way too personal. Since she knows we need a place to stay, and won't be held accountable for her actions, she'll continue to behave the way she always has.

Maintenance workers are Great 👍 and the office Staff always greet you with a friendly smile 🙂 and do their very best to make sure your problems and concerns are handled quickly and correctly. They are exceptional. It's a nice place to live. I wish you had 3 bedrooms then I would never move.

Neighbors are great. Maintenance (Jack) is great and really understanding. He keeps this place running literally rain or shine. I’ve seen Jack and his men working in the rain to fix MY mistake and not ONCE did he complain. He actually knew exactly what the problem was the moment he began to work on it. Maintenance fixes any issue in a timely manner and maintenance requests are simple to place.

The manager Anna though! Caught her speaking badly about children, telling me how to parent when the situation was literally not involving my kids in ANY way (and as a resident for 5 years, they have NEVER caused any issues) spoke so degrading to maintenance, spoke poorly about other residents, and was so angry that she had to step outside in the rain under an umbrella. Not sure what her deal is but other residents report her to be so unprofessional along with many other unkind words. She was heard on the walkie talkies speaking so rudely and incredibly vulgar to maintenance because she can’t be bothered to throw away something so simple. They’re literally working in the rain and getting soaked and she can’t pick up some trash and help them with a simple task…

Residents have almost filed lawsuits against another manager last year- and even I would prefer to have HER back than to work with Anna. Absolutely unprofessional, lacks sympathy, lacks people skills, doesn’t know how to engage appropriately, and has been the sole reason a few people we know don’t rent here because she can’t be bothered by doing her literal job.

I've been at the Springs for more than a year now and the new staff is great!! they're good at communicating with their residents. I appreciate their prompt service and response. They are very welcoming and friendly all 3 gal's Manager Gloria, Assistant Ana and Leaser Mandy. Also Maintenance is very good at completing work orders is a timely manner.

Hello my name is Vanessa, i was recently looking for a new home and was honestly struggling!!! I would go to so many different apartments and actually encountered a really bad experience with one of them. I almost lost hope until me and my mom found out about The Springs apartments. I didn’t have an appointment with them i honestly just saw their sign and walked in, as soon as i entered the door i got nothing but the best experience. Mandy was the person who first took care of me, she gave me a tour of both units they had available. She gave me so much great information, i honestly felt as though she understood how exhausted and frustrating finding an apartment was for me. She then sent me all information the same day, was responsive 24/7 ( which was a big deal to me) and although she had a couple days off her coworker Ana took over right away and helped me finish my application so i could move in ASAP !! I got approved in 2 days and got my keys on the 3rd day !!! I’m so so happy with my overall experience, everyone was extremely attentive and helpful. They helped take that extra weight off of me and found me a home. I love it here, such a nice area! It’s quiet, it’s family friendly, I’m beyond grateful! I plan on staying here for a while. For the years I have stayed at the Springs I have notice quite a few things. The community is neighborly, the location is convenient. But the BEST part of the living experience and the reason I have stayed so long is because of the Maintenance Team. Jack, Alex, and Tommy keep this place running AND safe.

This property is old and shows its age. These units would be bankrupt if it weren’t for the maintenance team! They have endured horrible management along with the tenants. Jack has protected my property from damage personally on many occasions! Jack and Alex have looked out for my mom whom I support as a stage 4 cancer patient. This care is not reflected in management.

If it weren’t for the maintenance team, there would be no one here. We recently got a new manager a few months ago. Gabriela, I believe. She seems to care. I certainly hope so. She has been hard at work to reverse the damage left by bad previous management. They few times we have spoken, she has been responsive, kind, yet setting the proper expectations (in line with the maintenance team). So far she has exceeded the expectations she has set! But we change management often.

I hope that whatever the parent company chooses to do, that they promote the members of the maintenance team to spread their influence to other properties. They are the reason I still pay my rent here.

I five star for this worthy team that endures so much without proper support (and I imagine compensation) from their parent company.

The buildings fail. The staff have not. That’s the only reason why the property is still maintaining tenants.

As a resident of The Springs for nearly 5 years, I've seen nothing but improvements to this property. It is gated, and there is a security patrol throughout the day and night. The management team and office staff are very knowledgeable and courteous, and Jack runs a very responsive maintenance team. The grounds and parking areas are always kept clean and tidy. I highly recommend The Springs to anyone who is seeking a quiet, centrally-located, and safe environment for themselves, their pets, and their family.

This place is really clean, the management are really friendly. I also like the fact that they have security 24/7 so far is bee a good experience. Now the only thing I don’t like is that they have a company that takes care of the lawn and they waste ALOT of water like extreme. The other this is the laundry facility , they have 11 washing machines and half of them doesn’t work and I guess the piping are old because some of them floods the floor. Other than that I recommend this place to live.
