Our experience with Sperry-The Masica Company far exceeded our expectations and we truly would recommend them to anyone looking for a new commercial space. We started working with Valeria back in November of last year on finding a new commercial warehouse/office space. She was phenomenal in all aspects from her timely communication, to showing us spaces that truly matched our needs (space and cost). We started the process in November and had a deadline of June 1 to be in a new space. On May 3rd we were settled in our new location. She met our timeline and did so while advocating for us in making sure the space was ready for us to move in and not miss a day of productivity. I truly would recommend them to assist with your move because as a business owner it truly helped take the hours of searching off our plate and focus on our business.
