Spencer Wall is the best thing to happen to real estate! I'm not being facetious at all; he is incredibly good at all aspects of his job and is a genuinely nice person as well. We hoped to relocate from the Bay Area to Laguna but found our beautiful home a lot sooner than we intended. The timing made this transaction particularly daunting, and I doubt it ever would have happened without Spencer by our side. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and affable.
