I have had an amazing experience here at Spartans crossing! Anytime I need something the office and maintenance team is right on it as fast as possible during their busy schedules. The office lady’s are amazing and so sweet and have been nothing but helpful to me and have been supportive when I have any issues during my stay!!

Management and maintenance are awful. 100 degrees outside and they refuse to fix AC units for tenants after weeks of giving them the run around.

Maintenance and management refuses to do anything. Since we've been in the apartments we've had leaky sinks, our thermostat went out and they waited 3 months to do anything about it, and now our bathtub is having brownwater come up and water all over the floor. If I could give 0 stars and get all of my rent back that iv paid I would.

I have been here for four years and management sucks. Toilet has been broke for one week and toilet want flush, no one have come as of yet. Dishwasher has been broken for a year, water comes through molding when it rains in living room and bedroom.Also, water comes from out of floor from behind toilet. I am highly upset and need action taken immediately to rectify these issues.

My elderly mother lives there and can't get maintenance to repair anything. Her bathtub hot water leaks continously. She has been telling them for 8 months. She can't even get a hot bath. Whoever is the owner of these apartments should be ashamed of themselves.
