There is very band management regarding maintenance issue. Never attend phone calls, you have just to leave message what you want. There is no email facility to have contact with maintenance crew. I left a message two weeks ago, but no body bother to address my complaint.

Struggling to get a response for a broken washing machine...

Below is a older issue...
Service has been going down in this community. Where to start refrigerator issue- no stock is what I have been hearing( over freezing spoiled veggies), lot of dripping noise in hvac- guy says to live with it, window leaks- it took for ever to have someone checkout. Think it is time for them to step up...

These apartments are NOT luxury. Its so annoying to see so many complex’s say this. I came from a brand new luxury building and this is no where near equivalent. Everything is cheaply done with a inferior renovation. If your not the first tenant moving in to a brand new renovated apartment, I wouldn't bother moving here. (I seen how they make the new renovated apartments a priority) My apartment was not cleaned before move in. Their were spiderwebs in almost all corners of the walls and the appliances were filthy. The property manager Tony is a fast talker and makes an excuse for everything. Every issue I had their was a reason behind it, instead of him finding a solution or having the decency to try and satisfy me. The staff in the leasing office were very helpful but their attentiveness and kindness didnt justify the apartment I was given. The way my apartment was when I moved in is unacceptable! I had to do tooooooooooo much cleaning!!!! Not worth the money or your time!
