Couret farms is filled with congestion that the development doesn't seem concerned with according to residents we spoke to on several occasions.
I have a few friends that reside there. We thought of buying, but once we observed the chaos- it was a huge no. There still isn't a pond or swimming pool. This place certainly isn't planned as well as sugar mill or river ranch. There are over 700 plus cars from a school that takes over both entrances in the am and afternoon due to a school with no bus transportation. Pont de mouton is so backed up. Residents are only able to get out due to security officers there.
They only have one entrance accessible during high traffic times because the one by bannister is congested with school traffic. The apartments are going to add another 200 people to the Chaos. Poor things will be surrounded and unable to leave their apartment on one road for sure.
Imagine nearly 1,000 cars trying to get in and out of only two entrances that have school traffic completely wrapped around those apartments. I have no idea how they plan to put businesses there.
During the afternoon, I see people having to make a u-Turn on pont de mouton to go to the next exit avoiding The school chaos on bannister. . Poorly planned for sure. You don't put an apartment complex and school with no bus transportation in what is suppposed to be a development that is easy access to surrounding areas. You can't get out to gain access to much without officers now. Imagine adding 200 residents in apartments and 200 plus in homes soon. They need to make a separate entrance and exit to the school away from the neighborhood, I do believe parents would be thankful too. Then add another entrance to help the residents in apartments and homes. It's a great disappointment because it is a good location . Couret is not at all how it is advertised. Homes are going up for sale, and the ones built are not selling too fast. you would think the development would solve this growing issue because they will be left losing lots of money.
