Do not use Nikki Rishel for any of your real estate needs. She is dishonest, manipulative and unethical.
Every step of the way, she lied and while we were extremely hurt by that, we just chalked it up to the kind of person we had heard she was.
And then she made a public post on her face book saying she can’t get the old man musty smell out of the house.
Mr reply is public on my Facebook and tells the entire story. Please read and share.

We had the best experience with Coldwell Banker, specifically with Rob Williams. Rob is an experienced realtor who took an honest interest in our search for a home. He was knowledgeable about the houses on the market, showing us ones which met our criteria. He was quick to answer his phone or return messages and was able to get us in to see vacant houses nearly on the spot. He was able to get us into occupied houses almost as quickly! Rob was able to discuss the market and share with us the pros and cons of certain situations. He took us through the entire buying process, spending hours with us. He was always upbeat and courteous, exuding patience! We recommend Rob Williams to anyone buying or selling a piece of real estate. Amber

I wish I could give negative 5 stars because I would ! Michelle Bennett a managing broker at firm was my agent ..Very poor people skills as well as an outright scam . She even sent me a contact for a completely different house at first . She was very pushy and made it sound as if I didn’t act right then and there , I wouldn’t get a home . She took full advantage of my ignorance to real estate and never at any time advised me to get an inspection of the property , I received no information on the property and the disclosure failed to list the many ,many problems with the home totaling close to 10,000$ . She completely misled and rushed me through the entire process . When I contacted her with my issues , I got a sort of “ not my problem response “ The inspection portion of my contract isn’t signed by me or the seller ..The plumbing in the bathroom is shot and over 5,000 in work needs to be done , and the seller Sherry Patterson from Glen Carbon IL is also a scam & a real estate agent ..I am fairly low income and believe I was not given the same treatment as higher income buyers . Ive only educated myself after the fact ..So many code violations in this house , I fear for my family’s health and safety . I didn’t expect the perfect house but I at least expected to be safe , this house also has Asbestos ..I’m livid and feel like an absolute fool for relying on her to meet my needs .

I wish I could give a 0 rating. Nikki Rishel was our realtor. Unprofessional, not honest. We had a very bad experience with her. I would advise not to use her.
