I’ve had a fantastic experience living here! Maintenance requests are always addressed promptly, and the staff has been incredibly helpful whenever I’ve had issues with paying rent online. One of the things I appreciate most is the sense of community they've built. The activities and events they organize for residents are always fun and engaging, and it’s great to see how much effort they put into getting everyone involved.

I know some people don’t always participate in the community events, but from what I’ve seen, those who do have really enjoyed themselves! Even during challenging times, they’ve gone above and beyond to support the community, from offering back-to-school backpacks to holding drawings for holiday hams and turkeys. It’s been such a positive experience living here, and I’m excited to continue being part of this community!

Great customer service, William at the front office was so efficient and helpful. Yes lot rent is higher then normal locations but I would still be paying more monthly anywhere else to rent. Love it here and my kids do also.

Lived here from January 2017 till a month ago, and I have to say this is just an all around horrible place to live. Constant petty crimes like theft and vandalism, deteriorated roads that the management claims they are getting fixed but in the 7 years I was there the pot holes on Gull Ln have only gotten bigger, a lot of drug use to include people roaming around the park high on meth carrying a machete. This is not a safe environment for anyone with kids or who values their property, and the petty crime has been increasing to more serious ones including a stabbing in early 2024. But don't worry, new management has moved in, given out smaller garbage cans so you have less room and increased the lot rent to almost 900 dollars. To pay 900 a month in lot rent alone, to live in a drug fueled crime ridden trailer park is just insane. STAY AWAY from this park at all costs, it is better to be homeless then call this place a home. The biggest regret in my life was buying a trailer here, and I was lucky enough to make it out. The ONLY positive I can give here is Pam in the front office, I will say whenever I had an issue she dealt with it promptly, professionally and she does seem to care about the residents.

This is a great place to live! Everyone helps everyone. The newest management team is phenomenal and are striving to make this park better every day. There is a well-kept pool, playgrounds for the kiddos with a basketball court, and friendly neighbors on every corner. In emergency situations, there are storms shelters as well. We love living here, because we feel welcomed, peaceful, and happy.

I have lived here for 6 years or so and they have been through so many people in the office you don't even know who to contact anymore, you get violations for everything, they choose who they want to violate and who not. I have gotten violations for my garbage cans in the wrong spot and just dumb things. They say that they don't want people parking on the street but yet they don't do anything about it. This place has gone way down hill, and I can't wait till I get out of this place and move somewhere else. Also, the lot rent going up all the time is just getting ridiculous.
