I have been looking for a one bedroom apartment in the Monmouth area for a few weeks when I came across Southbrook gardens in December 2024, Lisa did a great job accommodating my busy schedule and showing me the available units. Eventually after continuing to look around, I made the decision to stay with Southbrook due to the proximity to my job, easy access to the parkway, beaches, malls, restaurants, and value. My renovated unit has shinny hardwood floors, a nice updated kitchen, decent size living room and bedroom. After moving in Stacey from Corporate followed up with me to ensure everything was up to my standards. Needless to say, I’m happy with my decision and choice of apartment complex… the entire JCM Living team are real rockstars!!

New management has made living here miserable. The below comment from 2 months ago is untrue. They gave my neighbor an even more infuriating “solution” and have done nothing to provide any support!

This place is a joke There's never nobody here to take calls or return calls It's the worst apartment complex in all of EatontownWhen Kia was property manager here there was no problems Now this new girl Lisa doesn't know what she's doing This place needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau

The last two years have been a pleasure being a tenant with staff who actually take care of you. Kia from day one was helpful beyond the stars. She always greets you with a smile (on or off the phone), takes any problem serious (minor or major) and makes sure it gets done immediately. Thank you so much! Southbrook Gardens Apartments and I will miss the property manager Kia and her staff. You guys consistently provide prompt maintenance services in my apartment. I always receive immediate responses. I have lived in this apartment since 2015, but I have to leave because my family has grown, and I can no longer stay in a one-bedroom apartment. The property is well maintained, very safe, and has a clean, central air system, and the service is worth your money. The residents are incredibly welcoming. I was surprised when my neighbor showed up to say Farewell to me. I told them I would return whenever a two-bedroom becomes available in July next year.
If you're searching for a safe, clean, and respectful apartment, I highly recommend this property. Everything you need is within easy reach of you. Enough parking space for everyone, including visitors! Can you imagine?
