The owner of the car is very myo until something happens to the car. The trunk button was broken, which I didn't know about. I accidentally put a backpack with things and keys in the trunk, but I couldn’t open it from the car using the button. The host lied that he was not in the city and did not come to help open the car. He advised me to call lookmis service. Refused to reimburse these costs after the trunk was unlocked with new manufactured keys. $700 loss. The support service spent more than a week coming up with various reasons for refusing compensation for losses, based on the reasons for which are not included in the user agreement. Forced to go to court to get compensation for my losses. I also recommend carefully looking at mileage restrictions when booking a car. Some cars have low rental costs and a mile limit of 100-150 miles, which is very low for distances in California. Then you will pay for each mile, and the rental will be 2-3 times more expensive than the original price. I will never recommend this service to anyone
