We recently bought a Lexus TX 350 from South County Lexus and we are very pleased with the shopping experience at Lexus! Our Sales Manager was Luca Warburton and he is outstanding! Luca welcomed us with great enthusiasm and he made us feel very comfortable throughout the shopping and buying process. Luca is very knowledgeable and he was very patient with us answering all our questions and concerns while we test drove the Suv’s. The best part about Luca is he always had a positive attitude and a welcoming smile that made us feel comfortable. We highly recommend South County Lexus to everyone. The entire shopping and buying experience was a piece of cake and we returned home as happy customers! Special shout out to Luca for making our experience at Lexus a happy one!

This dealership has been nothing but a headache since we bought our car here. First, we had an issue with the financing department.
We traded in and bought a new (used) car. Both parties (dealer & buyer) signed everything and we left. Well my husband got a phone call two day later and it’s the guy from financing saying that we need to come in and speak with him and his manager because something wasn’t right with our paperwork. We were so confused but loaded up our kids drove over there twice( 45min drive). He sat us down and said that the bank didn’t give them all of the money for our vehicle so we need to pay an additional $4,000 to the dealership, on top of that they need to write up a new contract and we will be paying literally $300 more than our original agreement! And they said they will be removing the 4 year warranty that we originally got for the vehicle.
He tried to negotiate with us and give us two weeks to come up with $4,000. I told him absolutely not and to give me my old car back if they are planning on breaching the contract because we will not be signing any new contracts and will not be paying more than what was originally agreed on. after I reacted the way I did he went to go talk to to some men in suits. Then he comes back and says “ok I’ll call you guys in two days”. The issue was resolved when we decided to not wait two days and demanded the issue be fixed or give us back our car. I believe the head of finance fixed everything, explained the situation and drew up a new contract. we were very satisfied when we left after that (thanks Linda).
The second issue right at the moment is the sunroof/moonroof installation on our 2020 Subaru ascent SUV. The sunroof that was installed looks like it belongs on an old broke down cheap sedan and not on an 2020 Subaru ascent SUV and upon purchasing the vehicle we were told that the sun/moon roof will be one for a Subaru ascent SUV (I’ll be posting pictures below) and whoever worked on the car left foot marks and dirty adult size hand prints on the inner roof of our car (we have light interior). I’m still waiting for them to get back to me. Hopefully they resolve this issue asap. I’m very upset with this dealership and have never dealt with such inconveniences.
I really didn’t expect this out of a Lexus dealership and was so excited to purchase a vehicle from them but now I’m just very disappointed.
Update: dealership keeps telling me to contact them but doesn’t respond.

My service was exceptional! Cruz is so great at explaining my options and discussing my car. He told me how long it would take, offered me a loaner. Because it was only going to take an hour and a half, I stayed and had a latte and caught up on emails. It came back on time as promised and washed! Cruz is a very knowledgeable service rep and I’ll always ask for him. Great price and excellent service.

They Just fired three of their best workers and committed fraud Scott a Gm Chris and Sohil Lawsuit cooking up don’t Trust Sean , Jeff Hilton , Jeff Nichols, and Saif the finance guys are all thieves!!! Go to Tustin Lexus much better staff and honesty better prices too below MSRP they are not ordering cars from Lexus on Purpose to manipulate the market Covid is over they are playing games all other dealers have hundreds of cars on order.

My wife and I are from San Diego and had been searching for a RX350h with very specific options and colors, I located one on the South County Lexus website and called the dealership, Luca Warburton answered the phone and we set an appointment for later in the same day. We met Luca and were immediately impressed with his knowledge of the various packages and options offered on the 2025 Lexus RX350h. We were able to reach an agreement on the price of the vehicle, which was still in transit to the dealer, and completed the purchase without any issues. The vehicle arrived at the dealership that night and Luca immediately notified us, we made arrangements to travel to the area the following day by train where Luca was waiting to pick us up and drive us to the dealership.Luca then spent a substantial amount of time explaining to us all the various features of the vehicle and demonstrating how they work. Luca is by far the best car salesman we have ever dealt with and everybody we dealt with at the dealership including John in finance were first rate. The Customer Service we received was superior to any we’ve received over the years. The Show Room was also very clean, with a great ambiance and friendliness by all.

Two stars for convenient location.
1. Place doesn't accept credit cards - cash/ATM only unless bill is above $1000
2. In the adviser area they don't even have chairs - metal cheapest bar stool its all u get.
Kinda shabby for Lexus - first impression definitely bad.

Zoe is my sales person and although I have not purchased a car there yet, Zoe took the time to walk me through many options and possibilities. She is very knowledgeable and respectful. She doesn’t push and she actually listens to what is important to the buyer. She provides friendly, professional, and courteous service.

If you are looking for a new car, I highly recommend checking out South Count Lexus and Zoe as your sales person.

I highly recommend South County Lexus in Mission Viejo, and Al Khan, the Internet Sales Manager.
I visited this dealership for the first time about two weeks ago to see a pre-owned Toyota Venza. Al Khan met me at the door. Because it was near year-end, the staff were all very busy and Al was greeting walk-in customers like me in addition to performing his internet duties. Al quickly arranged and went with me for a test drive.
I found him to be very personable, knowledgeable and patient. It was the first time I had driven a Venza. The car was very clean and well-prepped. Al explained that South County takes pride in making sure that their pre-owned inventory is thoroughly inspected, cleaned and reconditioned if necessary before being offered for sale. It was the first Venza I had driven, and I liked it, but I needed to see a few comparisons. I visited other local dealers and looked at a few other cars. Though those cars were similar in age and mileage, none of those cars compared to this one. When we went back to look at this Venza at South County a second time, my wife noticed a small faint spot on the seat that needed to be cleaned. In similar situations with other pre-owned cars, dealers told me, “It’s a used car,” and refused to consider fixing it. Al immediately and without question had the spot cleaned. South County’s pricing was very fair and reasonable. My wife and I purchased the car.
I’ve been involved in customer service businesses for many years. After spending time with Al Khan, and Saif Kadri, the Finance Manager, and generally observing the operation of the management and the staff, I know that this is an extremely well-managed company. Their level of professionalism and customer service orientation does not happen by accident. They treated me and my wife attentively and respectfully even though this was a relatively minor transaction for them at a very busy time of year. It was clear to me that they wanted to make a sale, but we never felt any pressure from any of the people there. This dealership is clearly interested in having a continuing relationship with their customers. I will continue to recommend South County Lexus to my friends and family. ***
