Really bad experience. Rolanda is very inefficient and the quality of work was very poor. She seem inexperience and has bad communication skills. She asked me to get licenses that I did not need. I lost two months and lots of money while she did not care about renting my property. She asked me to leave my property to take pictures to rent it out and when I left she asked why I left and that she could have taken pictures while I was there. I asked her to post that pets were allowed and she posted no pets allowed. On the narrative section of post she posted the guiding questions of their format so the post looked horrible. Her post was really bad, bad pictures, did not post basic amenities so I had to take my own pictures and asked her to post mine. I had go with another property manager and she still charged me to cancel contract when she did the minimal and what she did was bad. Save your time and money and choose another agency.

Rolanda W. and her team were great during the entire process. We are first time home buyers and Rolanda helped us through everything. There would be times were my wife and I would become discouraged with the crazy market during the pandemic but Rolanda kept our spirits high and worked non stop with us. Once we finally went into contract on a home, she worked harder than she already was to make sure we closed this deal!

Unresponsive and rude. If you are a property owner I would advise that you choose another company. Rolanda specifically was rude and unresponsive. They couldn't provide me with basic information. They are not interested in managing properties they are interested in getting you to sell your property.
