Andrew is Rude , arrogant and aggressive
I really hope the rest of the people that work here are not the same as he is . When I told his “supervisor” she did nothing to help, she ignored and was disrespectful too. If I could put no stars I would. I would not like to live here with people like them. I was inquiring information to live there when my car broke down and when they saw my old car on the driveway outside on public street, Andrew told me “ it’s ugly get it out of here, your not renting this place, ugly old stinky man” and threatened me to call the police. I was not able to move my vehicle and asked for him to be patient and wait ( stayed humble and peaceful) he instead was pressuring me to move my vehicle.he got on my face aggressively and that is when I told him he could call the cops or anyone because I was afraid of him, and told his supervisor and she ignored me. Awful human being.

Beautiful property with outstanding features inside and out - perfect for apartment living. Modern Farmhouse with truly spectacular landscaping. They’ve paid attention to details. Deiah and her crew are phenomenal to work with - going above and beyond. While relocating, I looked at several properties in the area - nothing else and on one else compared.

It has been amazing living here! It's super cozy and relaxing. The nest thermostat is perfect for the weather changes we experience at times. The personal washer and dryer are so convenient! Super quiet and friendly neighborhood too.

From the application process to the move in was seamless. Staff was professional and went over and beyond my expectations. The apartment is spacious and very beautiful. The grounds and walking areas are perfect for my mother who has a wheelchair. Maintenance needs are addressed promptly and professionally.

Beautiful apartments, thoughtfully constructed, and with a well-organized and conscientious management team. Deiah could not be nicer or more welcoming. If I were staying in the area, I would have been thrilled to join the Sonoma Ranch community. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful, spacious, and serene apartments with excellent management team. Andrew and Deiah are very welcoming, and have gone out of their way to help me several times. By far the best place to live in Santa Rosa and highly recommended!

Was told by head manager mass emails would go out as soon as the place opened that never happened god only knows who else she told that lie too. She clearly chooses who she responds too I sent emails that she still hasn’t responded to until day however I had a friend email her and she responded. This lady seems like she is way in over her head not professional at all when you work for someone you respond to every one phone calls or emails no matter who they are also I seriously doubt she has added every person on the wait list like she said people might want to get in contact with owner of the place to see if that part is true.

Beautiful apartments and the grounds are lovely. Office and maintenance staff are courteous and knowledgeable, and work is done in a timely way. Nicest complex in Santa Rosa.
