I have been calling Sonoma county properties for over a month. To deal with property damage done by them to my personal property leaving this review because I’m still dealing with garbage that they left and damage that they left on my own property They manage the property next-door and still no one has called me back even after being promised three times I would receive a call from management, hopefully this gets someone’s attention and I can take this down when Situation is resolved.

After applying and being approved for a rental unit with this company, my mother & I decided to turn it down. Laura was very kind to keep us in mind for future vacant rental units that were better suited for us, keeping in mind our budget. She reached out when she had a vacant rental unit and scheduled a viewing right away. We moved in and my Mother is very happy/pleased with the unit and we appreciate it working out. Shout out to Laura for making this happen.

This rental company is nothing short of fraudulent. Chris Sanchez should be held legally accountable for his behavior in tenant dealings. It is unfortunate to see so many hard working people of Sonoma County getting taken advantage of by this company. BEWARE!

This place just steals your money for applications! I put applications online for a house and the person before us got approved understandable... I call and the lady on the phone seems very sweet asks us if we would like a refund on our applications or apply it to another house. I asked to apply it to a house and made an appt for Monday for a viewing. I called in advance before going they didn't even put it on the schedule then proceed to schedule a viewing on Wednesday. This house was in Rohnert Park and I live in Santa Rosa and was stood up waited 30 min to see if they were coming NO SHOW. I call and then the person on the phone said that the house wasn't for rent anymore because the owner was selling it. Don't except them to call back even if they say they are!!!

Oscar has been our property manager for the past 4 years and it has been a great experience. The condo we were renting from was sold and he immediately found us a new rental to move into. When we needed repairs in our condo they were always taken care off in time. This company is truly one of the best !

Oscar is the man ! I was introduced to Oscar by a mutual friend. I explained to him I had a 7 unit apartment complex that it was not paying for itself and I had to feed it over $2,000 per month.

Oscar walked the property with me, gave me multiple ideas on how to increase cash flow and lower the expenses.

It took Oscar and his team over 4 months to turn the property around. It is not paying me any distributions, but I no longer need to put money into the property.
