Tina has managed our rental property in Sherwood for five years now, since we moved out of state, and we have had a great experience and always had peace of mind that she was making sure our tenants were taking care of our property. She found tenants for us quickly, and we only had to make a (partial) mortgage payment ourselves one time in five years. She does a quarterly inspection of the home, and sends photos and a status update on the state of the home and how well the renters are taking care of it. We certainly got lucky with respectful and clean tenants, but Tina's proactive processes ensured that if someone were not taking good care of the home, we would know about it quickly. The move out checklist is very thorough, and requires her to perform a thorough inspection of the home before she returns their security deposit. She is very responsive when you call, text or email, and also super organized. Any time something went wrong or needed repaired, it was taken care of in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Solid Rock Property Management for anyone looking to outsource the property management of a rental home. Since we live out of state, it made perfect sense for us to do this, and I am so glad we chose Solid Rock. We can now sell our home with no repairs required, and it is in exceptional condition for a rental home thanks in part to Tina's efforts.

My husband and I rented from Tina for the last 3 years and overall we had a great experience! They always answered our questions timely and got vendors out if needed quickly (within 24hrs). Had our HVAC go out one night and the vendor was out the next morning early and fixed it. The only negative we experienced was dealing with the actual owner if something had to be replaced, he didn’t really want to replace anything but Tina always went to bat for us and got us what we needed! I would recommend them to rent from!

We’ve had an outstanding experience with the Solid Rock team. Our rental home has been actively managed the entire time with very little lapse between tenants. Excellent and timely communication, attention to detail and customer service are definite strengths. I would rate Solid Rock higher than a 5 star if I could!!! We are a military family who was moved across the US to Washington State 3 years ago. We absolutely love our Arkansas house, and wanted to keep it while also being able to live in Washington. Solid Rock has looked after our home and kept amazing renters in for us constantly. They look after the house as if it were their own!! They are incredibly professional, easy to reach, and very well priced. Thank you for all you do Solid Rock!!!

5-star review for Solid Rock!! They had our home rented in 5 days. We are on the road a lot with our jobs and it's a huge peace of mind to know they have our property taken care of. They are professional, timely, and have never steered us wrong. Throughout several repairs that had to be done, Solid Rock took the time to make sure they not only got the best price but gave me the different options to pick from. Even during a several month lull between renters, they made sure the property stayed in good condition and knocked out any repairs that popped up. Some friends recommended them to us and we can't say enough how great the experience has been. If you want to put property rental on autopilot and not have to deal with any of the hassle of doing it yourself, Solid Rock are the people to go with.

I’ve had my property rented with Phil and Tina at Solid Rock Property Management for going on 5 years now. Ive had nothing but excellent service from them and can’t say enough good things about them. The military has me stationed in Arizona and I know my house in Arkansas is in good hands. They always responded promptly when I reach out with questions. Rented from this company for less than two years. We would never rent or recommend this company to anyone else. They're the only company that does annual inspections that we've rented from. Maybe common, not sure. So, if you like people showing up to your house randomly then this is the management team to rent from! No pest control in the contract. They contract maintenance people to fix issues around the house and a few issues we had, never got fixed. When you move out they expect the house to be in better shape than you left it. They'll nit pick everything. They have another "maintenance man" come do the home improvements after you move out. He likes to charge 60 dollars in labor for light bulbs! So, do you think they care how much the maintenance man charges you for house improvements? The answer is no. Oh, and they add another 10% charge to the total fees. To conclude, you'll lose money if you rent from Solid Rock. There's a reason the reviews are so low.
