I called Soldavi Realty in September 2020 looking for a realtor to sell my rental property. I spoke to Rachelle Santos and she was willing to meet me on a Saturday within 30 minutes of our conversation to review the property and discuss my options. She was professional, friendly and paid attention to my requested items. Of the 3 agents I contacted that day, she was the only one who followed up with the information and requested options on Monday. She is very responsive and prompt in her communication. The property needed extensive renovation and she managed the project for me—I live 300 miles away. The renovation took about 2 months and it looked great!
