Two thumbs down! You canceled my reservation a week from check-in due to “double booking”. You send me generic emails which provide no help and don’t answer calls or respond to vm’s.
Such a low budget set up.
Would really appreciate a refund, but highly likely I need to escalate this to my CC fraud dept.
