⚠️STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM SOCO MANAGEMENT! Cliff the owner and agent is a con artist and ripped off my fiancé and I for over $10,000 in 2022. We were only given the option for a month to month and were late a few times times in which we communicated and paid our late fees. Not even being there for about 8 months, Cliff and his company wrongfully evicted us right before the Holidays and falsely charged us for ghost repairs that they never even fixed. We thoroughly cleaned the carpets before leaving and we were falsely charged for the carpet to be replaced in which the carpet had already been worn from previous years. A couple of months later after moving out we returned to the house to get some old mail and some things that were left behind and there were new tenants moved in already. When the new tenants opened the front door we discovered that the same carpet was in the house as well as a few other noticeable repairs we were falsely charged for that they never fixed or replaced. Try Cobalt Management Co. in Moreno Valley. Stay away from Cliff and SoCo Management. ⚠️

Best propery managment company I've ever dealt with, for both owners and tenants. If you are looking to rent or have them rent out your properties, you've come to the right place. Very professional. Makes sure properties are kept up. Cliff and Sarah are the best☺☺☺☺. It's now 2024, and I want to share over 12 years of experience with SoCo. 1 word, amazing . I don't care what other post. Please note it's not always the company. You realize work must be approved by the actual owners. Of the house. I am grateful to both Cliff and his wife. They are wonderful people. They gave me a chance, regardless of my credit score or the color of my skin. I have beautiful memories of the home they trusted to rent to me and my girls.

Cliff at Soco Management is a con artist. He lied multiple times, to me and the homeowner as well. Would take their time to follow up for repairs, and sometimes not show up at all and then claim that they repairs were already finished. One time they fixed the water heater with a 5 dollar part (took them 5 days to finally get to it) and then a month later the entire water heater went out and apparently they already charged the home owner for a new one when they only fixed it with the 5 dollar part so that was a mess that im sure he lied about to them as well... ultimately, when the lease was up, Cliff told me that the homeowner didnt want to rent the property out any longer and was gonna move back into the house. It really threw us for a loop because we just had a baby boy and really put us in a bad spot. Needless to say, we found a much better place with a much better Management company that doesnt lie or rip you off... and our old property that they said the homeowner was gonna move into.... it was listed in their website a month later for rent for $100 more a month. Stay away from this company. They are horrible to deal with once you figure out their game. Worse Management company ive ever dealt with!!!
