S&N Servicing Corp. is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is practically nonexistent. They don’t answer phone calls or respond to emails. No matter how many times I try to reach them, I get no results.

Specifically, Sherri McCovey emailed me and provided her extension. However, despite calling at least 6-7 times, I could never reach her. This company is a complete disappointment! They clearly do not care about customer satisfaction. I wish I had the option not to deal with them.

If you have a choice when selecting your mortgage servicer, stay far away from S&N Servicing Corp.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They continuously changed my payment amounts, said I owed a back amount when I didn’t & now they raised my house payment $1000 per month cuz they said I can afford it. My payments were supposed to be $1750 now it’s $2600. I have other bills & now I can’t afford everything. Either pay their $2600 house payment or pay utilities or eat? This company already has lawsuits - beware and if you are with this company GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN!!!!!! I’ve been in my house for 20 years and I have never paid that much before

Wish I could give 0 stars. Get out from under this place if you can!!! I have reached out because I was a month and a half behind. I was trying to pay it current. They locked my online account and dummy me was paperless so I can’t see any billing statements now or previous payment history. And they want all payments paid up in full. Which I can’t access now to double check. Tried to work a”repayment plan” out and it has been 3 days since I head any contact… now instead of 2 months behind.. that I was trying to make current! It is now 3 months behind! And still no contact. I’m sure they will tack on the next month which is November and try to make it sound I’m in foreclosure since it is now the beginning of October. I’ve felt with this place since it was BSI.. same service different name!

Would leave 0 stars if possible. So rude, condescending and just awful customer service. Half of the time the website doesn’t even work to make payments, not to mention it’s cumbersome and archaic, and does not even let you access important info most companies have plainly displayed. When you try to call for any questions or make payments, they almost never answer or return calls. Almost always takes DAYS to get ahold of anyone. Randomly raised our payment $100 with no explanation, when we tried to get an explanation they were rude and could not clearly explain. Calling our original loan company and finding out ANY possible options to get AWAY from this horrible company. Stay away if possible!!!

After reading all the bad reviews I was a little scared I was sold off to a bad mortgage company. I called them at 7pm and was able to get ahold of someone. Jeff helped me with all my questions and was very nice. Someone mentioned they don’t report good payments to Credit bureau. All you have to do is request to be reported. Simple as that. He was super nice and gave me more than enough info needed from questions I asked.

Wish it could be 0 stars after my horrible experience with the REO department. The person I spoke to there was absolutely awful and screaming at me about how they threw away the possessions of my dead grandparents because they were "trash". All I was asking for was the phone number of the company who did the clean out and she screamed at me for several minutes about how she wasn't going to give it to me, until I asked for her supervisor and then suddenly she could give me the name and number of the clean out company. Too bad it was a fake name of a company that doesn't exist and a fake phone number to a woman's cell phone who didn't speak English. Obviously this company is trash but so are the people working there.

Terrible company. No communication skills. Rude. Never answer the phone or return calls no matter how many times you call. Such a nightmare.
