I have reached out to the owner of Smith & Co multiple times to request that extensive images of my home (with the address) be removed from the Company website. I reached out via email and phone message. This has all been ignored and the pictures remain up on the website which presents a significant breach of privacy and lack of regard for the security of the home. Almost every other firm I reached out to, happily removed images of the home in request with no questions asked. Smith and Co is the only company that has refused to even acknowledge the request. I did not want to write this review, but with no response from the company, I feel that this is the only option. I cannot recommend a firm that does not value homeowners' privacy or communication.
