Especially friendly and helpful staff. Larrona signed me in efficiently and explained everything fully. I also have met Jill and Andrew— also very nice people. The facility Is brightly lit and clean! I am very glad I switched over to this self-storage place.

I would not recommend SmartStop storage unless you are sure you are going to use them. I paid the $ 29.00 fee for them to hold a unit for me, once I got there I saw the unit was too small and they didn't have any larger so I canceled. I waited three weeks for my return, when I didn't get it is called and was told that I don't get it back and that was an admin. Fee.

Very good experience so far manager was very nice. Showed me the unit. They have nice clean facility with bathrooms. I just hope that they do not raise the rent like I hear in some bad reviews only after a couple months. We’ll see

This is my first experience with a storage facility and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It is immaculate and well lit, two beautiful bathrooms and two elevators on each floor. When I came here 4 months ago Larrona helped me decide on the size I would need and she couldn’t have been nicer. All the spaces are clean and climate controlled. Four months later I am back to register and Jill was there to walk me through the process. We hit it off from the start and I am beyond satisfied with the customer service.
