was very excited to move into this apartment but that never happened. got the lease sent out to me and needed a co signer to sign it (grandpa who is older and not great with computers) the owner was very disrespectful with my family wanting to help make the process easier and needing my assistance due to them being older. i felt rushed throughout the whole process and got the lease sent back just for asking a simple question. owner tells my grandma "you need to get up to date with technology that's how the world works now." i i definitely will not be referring this apartment to anyone i know for sure. Clearly doesn't care about their current or future residents.

I asked for leaking windows and flooding to be repaired for over a year. I started to get pretty rude honestly. Because it’s ridiculous that my home would literally flood every time it rained. Once I asked for a third or fourth time I was told to move out. So I did. This is a text I just received:

“You poor miserable malcontent. I hope something or somebody in this world can eventually bring you some happiness.
Goodbye Lacie. all the best.”

These people are the absolute worst. I wouldn’t rent from the again if it was the last place in this town.
