SKS just redid my entire seawall, deck, finger pier, and backyard. My backyard went from a near safety hazard with erosion problems to a solid, sturdy professional masterpiece. All of the eroded, warped, and degraded seawall and deck have been completely replaced with new shur-flo. The seawall around the pool area greatly expanded the usable backyard space and made the view fantastic. They were very very easy to work with while I was gone at sea and were very hands on in getting plans and permitting completed. I was quoted a fair price and any additions to the price (there were very few and they were due to me adding things) were discussed with me prior to their completion. They have my highest recommendation for anyone interested in waterfront construction, seawall repair, boat lift replacement, and general land/pond management. Scott has an extensive background in construction and is very insightful with ideas and designs.
I’m so thankful this very important project was in such excellent hands.

SKS does an incredible job of lake/pond debris removal. Our community is a man-made water skiing lake system consisting of five interconnected lakes with a combined shoreline in excess of 14,000 feet. All of our lake shorelines had become grown over with massive and dense accumulations of invasive torpedo grass extending over 20 feet into the lakes. Scott made 3 site visits working with us to formulate a plan to service as much of our shorelines as he could in 6 days, with no promises of servicing the entire length of shore in that time. Our contract was by the day, whatever he could do regardless of how much got done. Many in our community were very skeptical of SKS and the open-ended contract. Boy were we pleasantly surprised! They got everything done that we wanted with our 6 days with SKS. Scott and his crew were on site by 7:00 every morning and ran the equipment almost non-stop until at least 4:30. Scott's crew are as good as it gets for equipment operating skill, and they run their equipment at top speed all day with no breaks.
Literally eating their lunch while pushing levers and lifting lake weeds. You just can't find work ethic like this any more: SKS is amazing!! They removed an estimated 50 tons of organic debris out of our lakes in 6 days, and as a result our lakes are noticeably wider and overall water clarity has improved drastically in just 3 weeks after SKS completed their work. Thank you Scott, and your excellent crew!

Scott is ONE of a kind. His yes means yes and his no means to. Excellent communicator and my project was delivered on time on budget and with a glad heart. His entire crew shared the same work ethic and had a totally positive attitude all day, every day. I didn’t think guys like Scott existed anymore. I highly recommend SKS. Words cannot describe the gift they gave back to our family. Where we saw, "impossible" SKS saw hope. Our native shoreline and lake are spectacular. Very professional and a joy to do business with.

We had a wonderful experience with SKS. Scott and Allen did a beautiful job on our pond. We enjoyed watching the experience the entire day. Great couple of guys to work with, very professional and respectful. I only wish I would have taken before and after pictures to show their hard work.
