If I could put 0 stars, I would.
4 days ago me and my Realtor went to look at a home being sold by Anita Nelson ( her personal home)
Everything went great and we put in a offer OVER her asking price.
Anita Nelson messaged us the next morning saying she would be sending a counter offer.
That night she messages us saying that she may have listed it for the max and would need to talk to some other agents to find out.
The morning after that she messages us saying that the house was not listed at max , everything was good and she would be sending over her counter offer as soon as she got home.
She never did. Instead for two more days she kept asking questions and then saying the same thing to us over and over again that she would be sending us a counter offer.
Today after trying to reach her several times she sends a message saying she would not be accepting the offer.
She wasted our time, lied several times about several different things. On top of the fact that she had NO idea what she was doing.
She is very unprofessional and rude and wasted so much of our time when she could have just been honest from the beginning. That's 4 days we could have spent looking at other homes.
I strongly do not recommend her!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I contacted Jessica Parker about a year ago and told her my plans of retiring from the military and purchasing a home. As time got closer she was very eager in helping me find the perfect house. I'm currently stationed 6 hours away. I made two trips and we viewed 12 or more homes until I found the house that felt like home. She made every trip worth it by being so organized and knowledgeable of the homes she was showing. If she didnt know something about a home she looked it up on the spot or got back with me within a matters of minutes. She even emailed me the adresses in order the night before to save time with the route. I thought purchasing this home would be hard. Once I picked it out Jessica really made this process go smooth. She constantly stayed in contact with me and the seller with updates. She even helped me negotiate with the seller by sharing her past experiences and things she seen be negotiated as a realtor. I got a very good deal thanks to her. It only took 22 days to make this deal and close after I selected my house. I don't know much about real estate but as the buyer I am completely satisfied. I can't speak for the seller but if I had to guess we are all happy. Thank you Jessica!! I really appreciate all your hard work and dedication as a realtor.
