Mike was amazing in assisting us in finding our Colorado home. As residents of Florida, it was very difficult for us to physically be in Colorado for extended periods of time, however, Mike was super diligent and not only finding properties that would suit our needs keeping us completely informed on a daily basis.

He arranged to accompany us to see various properties on a two day visit to Colorado and not only view the properties with us but was able to tell us the advantage and disadvantage of every property we saw.

He was amazing in submitting an offer on our behalf and basically held our hand through the entire transaction. We could not have done it without him!!!! We would recommend Mike to everyone!!!!

Michael was amazing! We rented a Townhouse from him in Avon/Beaver Creek. It was great. We came from Virginia in June so we could spend time with our daughter and husband who had a unit in the same gated community. We also have a son and his family in Eagle. We had not seen them since Christmas. We had a wonderful time while they were able to work from home. Thanks Michael for being so helpful and accommodating!

I stayed at Mike's property for a ski weekend and it was amazing. We were 2 couples but the home could easily accommodate more. Great layout with open living room, dining room, kitchen setup. Super convenient to skiing (3min walk to ski trail) and town ( free shuttle access). Nice hot tub within steps.

Great communication with landlord.

And details were there that make a difference for me: Salt and pepper, coffee filters, plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc.

Highly recommended and will likely stay again!

My family started leasing townhomes and condominiums in the Avon and Beaver Creek areas from Mike in 2014. Mike always provided us with choices that fit our needs and budget. We continued to lease through Mike until we decided to purchase our own home. Mike showed us many properties until we found one that fit our needs. We closed in October,2019. Mike handled all the paperwork and made the transition uncomplicated. Mike now manages our home for rentals. He has done an excellent job of renting out our place and maintaining it. He is dependable and reliable and can be trusted. I would highly recommend him for any real estate transaction or managing a property for rental

We stayed at Michaels property in Beaver Creek this past month. He was super helpful with checking in prior to arrival and then again after we arrived. I had a question about the shuttle and he was quick with an answer. The condo was clean and exactly what we were looking for. Excellent access to the ski run as well as shuttle. I left a few important clothes at the condo on accident and Michael went to the condo, found them and shipped them to me. Overall, excellent customer service. I would stay agin.
