My wife Marilyn first spoke to Paige and from the first call we knew we were in good hands. They were referred to us from a friend. Our pipes froze and many of them broke causing water damage to floors, ceilings walls and various house contents in our home in New Jersey while we were in Florida. My wife flew home and they drove 2 hours to meet her. Our home was saved by a family member but there were still issues existing. They were a calming influence on Marilyn since she walked into a home in total disarray which was so upsetting to her. Paige and Jesse were so informative and guided us to resolve all our issues. We highly recommend them if you have any major insurance issue of your own.

This was the BEST decision I've ever made, when it comes seeking help and guidance because of a home fire disaster. I made 1 phone call got a real person on the phone who actually answered by 3rd ring. Explained my situation and he came to access the home within 2 days of our conversation. All the headaches and paperwork of dealing with insurance companies and HOA was handled by SIPE. The only work I had to do was provide any information or paperwork they needed to help process the insurance claims. I did not have to deal with all the complicated paperwork the insurance companies wanted filled out. VERY SATISFIED with everything they handled. Paige is on top of her game with easy instructions to follow with anything she needed to keep things moving. I recommend SIPE to anyone who has any issues that would benefit more from an adjuster rather than trying to do all this nightmarish paperwork themselves. This was a great investment not a cost. The insurance companies are relentless and not helpful. I was able to focus on dealing with homelessness, losing a whole house and all belongings and not having to worry about filling out paperwork incorrectly. They put me at ease in a very difficult time. Moving back into our home as I'm writing this. 1 suggestion we learned the hard way everyone please look over your policies and be sure that your temporary housing cost allowance is adequate for at least 6 months, your property damage amount for personal belongings is enough to replace EVERYTHING you own. We learned that the hard way. SIPE got the most for us that was allotted and without them I don't believe that would have happened. Let the pros do what they do best!!! We are happy 😊

Going through a house fire can be devastating. After witnessing the destruction of our home and possessions left us feeling overwhelmed and vulnerable. We needed someone to guide us through the insurance process. We did not want to go it alone, so we decided to have Sipe Adjustment Group represent us. We felt at peace after speaking with Jesse and Paige. We knew they had the experience and expertise to work on our behalf. While Jesse took control of getting us into a luxury apartment on the beach, Paige got to work on inventory very item in the property for reimbursement. I had no idea how much money in possessions we had in our home, every penny added up to a large sum of money that helped us furnished our new home. Jesse fought like a bull dog to make sure we got to stay in a home that was acceptable to us and Paige stayed on top of the insurance representative who seemed to be over his head working with other clients, so much so he had an outside adjuster who tried to fight us at every turn but Jesse (our hero) was not having it. Jesse spoke to our contact at the insurance company and at times to his manager to point out every discrepancy/mistake made by the outside adjuster and make him correct it. Thank God for Jesse and Paige who were on top of everything every step of the way.

We couldn't be happier with how knowledgeable and professional they are. We highly recommend this awesome dual.

My advice to anyone that has gone through a fire of any scale: do not try to handle the insurance company one your own, you don't have to do it alone. We realized that the insurance is for the insurance company in other words they are not in it for you. So call Sipe Adjustment, even if it's just to ask questions.

The team at Sipe Adjustment Group was by far the best experience We have every had. We lost our home to a broken toilet that flooded everything when we went away for vacation. We called Jesse and his team and within the hour they were there at the house taking control of everything. We did not have to worry about anything, they took care of it all. They found us a place to stay, they saved what could be save in the house, they got us furniture to rent, they contacted contractors for us to use when repairing our house and most importantly they dealt with our insurance company. Words are inadequate to describe high level of service and professionalism we received from Jesse and Paige . My wife and i are in our 70s so when we awoke to a flooded basement with a broken pipe we were overwhelmed . Within one hour there were two trucks and five workers to repair the pipe and drain the basement leaving machines to prevent mold and they also removed our watersoaked possessions. Jesse and Paige then worked with the insurance to compensate for the damage. Thank God for their expertise and knowledge. Without them we would have probably receiveda third of the recovery they negotiated . We have already received the check .
