I have really enjoyed the last 4+ Years at the Simmons Tower Executive Suites. There has been a lot of changes since COVID, but the staff has continued to keep things moving forward. I always get what I need, when I need it. There has been some tenant closures with food options. However, they have brought in Food Trucks and other services to help fill the void as we all continue to survive in the new world. As a small business owner it makes it things easier not to have to worry about security, safety, cleanliness and amenities. We have a great gym and shower set up, great conference rooms, awesome security guards and a great group of people that are here daily to support you. I once had a very important shipment coming but I was out of town on business trip and when I came back they had put it in my office for me... I thought parking would be a nightmare, but its really not at all and I drive a very large truck. The area is also getting some upgrades in the general area. I also have to say I have an amazing view!

I've been at Simmons Tower for almost a year now. Before we moved in at the beginning of 2022 we searched several other Co-working environments but none exceeded the amenities that Simmons Tower has to offer. The floor that I'm on has several conference rooms that can be booked to use, a great break room offering a Fridge, separate Ice and Water dispenser, Keurig coffee maker as well Mail Boxes located on the floor as well for each suite.

A gym located in the Tower as well that you have full access to. I also love the fact there is a parking deck attached to the building via sky bridge so I no longer have to walk through the rain to get into the office. There are also a few restaurants in the building (Potbelly, Banana Leaf and Italian Coffee Corner), a flower/gift shop, convenience store and a bank.

Simmons Tower is also located around several fast food options as well. Simmons Tower also provides several events such as Food Truck Tuesdays where they have different food trucks available for you to purchase you lunch from. If you are in the market for an amazing office space make sure you check them out!

This is the start of my 3rd year in the building and I love my office space on the 15th Floor of the Simmons Tower ❤️❤️. I also love that it's centrally located for all of my clients.

My office is on the east side of the building and I've spent hours watching planes going and coming...dreaming about all the fun destinations they might be flying to.

The amenities of the Executive Suites are AWESOME!!! I have had full access to all the conference rooms which have come in clutch during Covid when I was providing social distancing for my clients for their safety.

I am so happy that I chose Simmons Tower over some of the other options I came across when searching for my office.

Awesome location for an office in the premier building in Arkansas. Clients can't miss the tallest building in the state. The property management group is top-notch and very responsive to needs. Highly recommend any of the spaces available in Simmons Tower for your company or organization.

I absolutely LOVE being a tenant on the 12th Floor of Simmons Tower. I’m a photographer and I had considered several places for my studio, but none compared to the 12th floor of the Simmons Tower. I love the central location downtown, the amazing amenities in the building - from the shops and eateries on the ground floor to the gym on the 2nd to the 12th floor break room with its beautiful views (an awesome place to meet with clients) - it’s all so stunning. Not to mention the kindness and helpfulness of the management team, the building security, and the loading dock master is seriously unmatched. I’m so grateful to call this building home for my business.
