Wonderful place perfect area. You can see all four seasons here and schools are close until they build the school in the community. The community seems like it straight out of a hallmark Christmas move love it . Should definitely move here . The prices are great especially for the location. Ive heard about this community being in the 90s when I went to Lime St and Ranchero Middle school. Ive seen all of Southern California and I live in Palm Springs. I can say this is a fantastic community and I’m so excited to see it built!!!

Enjoy buying a house without the proper infrastructure. It’s going to take you hours to get down the hill to work in the inland empire not to mention a 30-40 minute drive to a grocery store
