Loved living at Park Foundry however I constantly had issues with my water pressure and hot water. It took 3 years and the weekend I was moving out it was finally resolved (typical). I will say however that the staff, especially Javier Burgos, were outstanding. He went out of his way tro make sure he communicated with me next steps and was nothing but terrific throughout my 3 years. I can't recommend him enough.

Park Francis is an awesome place to live! Would highly recommend. The building staff are super responsive and kind (shout out to Javier, Eddie, Meyonce, Raphael, Dan, and others whose names I don't know but really appreciate!). The amenities are clean and well kept. Nothing beats having a cold drink on the roof on a breezy summer night, looking onto the NYC skyline. Park Francis is the place to be if you want to have easy access to the PATH, become a regular at a local coffee shop, and take your dog on a walk around Hamilton Park on the daily.

Has been with Silverman properties for years, and their attentiveness, great building quality and maintenance efforts are amazing. We always had a great experience with Silverman, from maintenance, leasing, to property management. I’d also like to thank the concierge Angel for her great work and bright energy. She helped us numerous times and the attention to detail is incredible. Not to mention she always greets the residents with smile and warm vibes.

I have never been a big fan of summer and especially walking when its hot outside but its been the most amazing month of my life since I moved into Charles & Co (201 Montgomery Street) because I go on walk everyday since exchange place is on walking distance and I sit on open terrace every night which just makes me forget about all the daily stress and gives me the feeling which everyone loves to have while staring at the city view. Thank you Paul and Vanessa for making that happen and helping me throughout the process. Would totally recommend to anyone looking for an apartment because this place has everything you would look for in a nice apartment with adoring staff.

I have lived in a Silverman building for over 7 years and have had a wonderful experience. Everyone I’ve come into contact with has been friendly, caring, and efficient. Our building is always clean and well maintained. When we’ve needed a repair, it’s been addressed quickly. They give back so much to the community and are one of the reasons I love living near Hamilton Park. They truly care about their residents and Jersey City. I’d highly recommend living in one of their buildings!

After living in NYC my entire life, I was not expecting to move to a place in Jersey City that immediately felt like home. Yet here we are, in the same Silverman building we moved into 8 years ago and we still love it here! We hear about other landlords in our area, and are truly convinced that we are lucky for having the best one. The Silvermans never fail to demonstrate professionalism, kindness, and thoughtfulness in everything they do, and are a big reason why Jersey City is a great place to live.

I looked at a bunch of different apartments before deciding on Silverman. I got to meet Tyron “T” Miller, who works at the concierge for Charles & Co. He introduced himself and the way he talked about Silverman gave me a good feeling. I decided to move in and it was amazing! T was also always the first person to greet me when I came downstairs in the morning. He always answered any questions I had, helped me navigate the area, and solved any problems I was facing with the apartment. Along with Angel, they made sure my experience was great! I don’t think my experience in JC would have been the same without them. I moved out yesterday and I’m gonna miss everyone there.
