Mike Robbins and Rachel Nikula worked for months to sell a challenging property. They were encouraging and positive, never doubting it would happen. They put up flyers in restaurants and reached out to people in the Bay area that might be looking to retire in the Sacramento area. Mike and Rachel did repairs and helped me find a trustworthy handyman to do work that was beyond their scope. They also established a relationship with the mobile home park manager which was critical in selling my mom's place. They kept me posted throughout the process.
