I recently purchased a piece of property in Shaver Lake, CA. I used a realtor from Fresno for the purchase but in hindsight I wish I would have used a realtor who is from the mountain and knows it like the back of their hand. I had some issues with the CFD fees and county and I was directed to Tami Myers and was told she could help me. She was not my realtor but she went above and beyond and went bat for me multiple times, contacted old escrow companies to ensure I got a copy of the cashed check. She saved me $12,000 in fees and I am so thankful for her. She is so extremely knowledgeable of the Shaver Area, all the developers, best builders in the area, etc. If you are looking for a realtor I highly recommend Tami Myers and you will be in the best of hands!
