I'm with RbA (contractor) & wanted to write a review for Jackie McKee who I just spoke with earlier this afternoon regarding an HOA request for an arch applic for Yacht HOA. She was very pleasant and courteous to speak with and provided me with the information I needed. I am usually wary when calling HOA's or property mngt because most of them are either rude over the phone or makes you feel I am an external customer who is a nuisance. But it was very different with Jackie. Thank you for an excellent customer service.

I have been working with Gina Poli, at Shoreline, as a member of the Claremont Cove HOA board for the past two years. I have found her to be well prepared, hard working, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Recently, I advised her we needed a flood light repaired. It was supposed to light a dark walkway from one of our visitor parking areas. Knowing it was important, she issued a work order the same day and the light was repaired. Her hard work helps keep our members safe.
Recently Gina has endured significant abuse at the hands of a couple of disgruntled homeowners. She dealt with the abuse professionally. I am amazed how members of an HOA forget we're neighbors first and there is no place for abusive behavior. Gina stays issue focused and continues to administer the HOA's business fairly and with great skill.
