Shore Points/James Ward found my husband and I a beautiful, pristinely clean vacation home very near the beach, affordable… Plus, the owner accepted our dog! Kassie from the office is both personable, knowledgeable , and attentive. She got back to us immediately with any questions or concerns in a friendly, approachable manner. And the No tax on rental properties saved us a substantial sum on our 2-week stay.
We highly recommend this agency.

I can't say enough praise about how smooth and seemless it is renting from Shore Point Vacations. Kassie was pleasant and super helpful. We had a horrible experience last year with a popular app rental site. The pictures on Shore Point are exactly what we received. Will definitely be renting next year.

I was happy to find Shore Points Vacation online last January. I was able to book our rental for June with ease - completed the paper work, Kassie got back to me quickly, and our vacation home was all set. After we got to our rental, there were two issues with the home that were addressed by Kassie immediately. I will be booking with them again next summer. Kassie was extremely helpful to me from the time I found the property to the morning I had to return the rental's keys to her.

This is our third year using the Shore Points Team to book our annual Point Pleasant Vacation & just as always they NEVER fail to impress! The ENTIRE staff is absolutely amazing! They make you feel like family & make the entire process of not only finding the perfect rental to fit your needs but paying for it as well! Times are tough today & they allow scheduled payments which really helps! Kassie was amazing throughout the entire process! Always there when I had any questions or needed a reminder(I'm a mom of 4 lol) she is very friendly and eager to help! We will of course be booking again for the 2024 season with Kassie & the Shore Points Team!!

Kassie and everyone at Shore Points were very capable and responsive at every step, from booking through our stay in Point Pleasant. There were a few issues that came up during our vacation that Kassie diligently worked to resolve in a timely manner. Nothing negative to say! We are planning to return next year, and will use Shore Points again as we have for the last 5 years.
