The apartment manager Brandi Brothers is absolutely amazing. Brandi has been accommodating in every single way possible, including getting back to me almost immediately with any question or concern. Brandi has handled every request or issue in the most timely manner. I could not recommend a better apartment complex in the area. You can tell that Mrs. Brandi truly cares about her tenants.

Living here for a yr + a lot of nice people.
Clean and quiet.
Brandy (management) is a joy!!
Always on top of her game!!
Family friendly.
But like all complexes come drama.
So 5 stars for Management and clean
1 star for drama
But if your looking for clean, quiet and SAFE.
GREAT PLACE!!!

Brandy the manager is the most helpful person there by far. She always goes out of her way to make sure that you're taken care of if any issues come up. She even put out buckets of candy at the all the doors that have children on Halloween ! She also left Christmas cards for everyone on Christmas. She is very professional and respectful to all tenants.

This is a great place to live, it's very quite and peaceful. Brandy Brothers is an amazing person she's very helpful when needed. I highly recommend living here when it's available. Maintenance is great as well Mac is very helpful as well.

Pam, the apartment manager and her boss Tracey are great to work with, they really do try everything they can to help you, work around your schedule, and understand your situation. The apartment sizes are a little small, but perfect for 2-3 Adults depending on your situation. The rent is a little high for the area considering it's basically government housing, but that's the company not the staff. It does include water, trash, sewage, and landscaping. The entire approval process seems to take anywhere from 2 weeks to a month, again depending on each and every person's situation and how fast you can get them the documentation they need for the application process. It's a safe community for children and even has a little playground. Seems quiet, neighbors seem nice and welcoming, most people keep to their own. The largest downside to the place is that there are NO washer and dryer hookups inside the apartments.. you have to use the community laundry mat located on property.

Sherwood Knolls is a great place to live its peaceful and clean, maintenance is preformed as needed. The manager Brandy brothers is excellent she's very helpful in any type of situation very sweet and easy going
