Best marina and greatest staff! I need to say that I do work with the marina on the electric meters as a consultant on this area, I have come in person just two times. This time I was offered an apartment onsite. Susan and Michael really make me feel at home. They keep this place super orginized and efficent. It is my pleasure work with them. This is a dockminium and a condominium. It survived the Sandy storm in 2012 and got stronger, it looks better and better. Great community, awesome atmosphere!

My family rented a condo at the marina, and used the pool. A sign beside the pool said the pool would be open until only 4:30 today. Fair enough. At 4:15, someone came by and rudely told us to get out of the pool. We politely asked if we could remain until 4:30, as the sign indicated. An employee named Mike then proceeded to berate my family in a terribly unprofessional and rude manner that was both unacceptable and unnecessary. This appears to be the same Mike mentioned in another negative review, who was rude to another customer. There are many places to rent condos and to dock boats in LBI. A business that allows employees to treat customers in this manner doesn’t deserve our business.

Great atmosphere. Organized and clean transient slips, clean showers, and located near everything fun on the south side of LBI.

Rented one of the condos last year with no problems. I have a 21 ft deck boat. My grandmother has a hard time walking on the boat so we drive in from the marina and park the boat at the dock for 10 mins at most. This place is never busy. One time the pool manager stared to give us a hard time throwing his hands up in the air and yelling and finally telling us that "you have to leave now".

My fiancé' and family had a horrible experience with the marina office manager Susan Spatz and the Harbor Master Mike. I dock my boat there for the season. Very rarely to we use it. I explained at the time of signing the lease agreement that I might have friend visit overnight with his boat. Do they rent overnight slips? Susan said yes. On Saturday I entered the office at 11am and inquired if any such slips were available for an overnight stay. She asked the size and type of the boat. I explained it was a 34 ft center console Scout. She looked at her dock chart and said yes, C17. Please have him call her. He tried calling repeatedly from 12:30 on to his arrival at 1. With no answer to his calls. He pulled into the Marina and asked where he could inquire about renting a slip overnight. Mike, the Dock Master", started screaming at him, saying no one inquired about slips! That was a lie! Obviously his office manager Susan did not inform him of my earlier inquiry! Told him the Marina was Private! To get out before he calls the marine police! That there are no overnight rentals at the marina! The next day I went to the office, Susan said she had no idea the boat was that big and it was bigger than I told her! No it was a 34ft Scout! She said did you see the size of the engines? I said yes that is what pushes a 34ft. Boat! These people are nasty! If I could give a Zero rating I would!!

The nicest marina on Long Beach Island. Full of friendly people and very family oriented. Not like most marinas where the thing to do is just sit around and drink. Amazing location near bay village, ben and jerrys ice cream, and fantasy island. Also beautiful condos surround this little gem.
