I had a good experience buying a couple small cabins on a small chunk of property through Shelley. I really appreciated her honesty and openness with regard to the deal. She kept me informed of all the costs and potential problems with the property. There were no unwelcome surprises. Not only that, but she was kind and personable, and she gave the real impression of being genuine. I would recommend her as a realtor to anybody who values clean, fair, and honest business.

Last winter I decided it was time to settled down and buy a house, with it being my first home I had no idea what I was doing. Shelley walked me through step by step on what can I expect during the process. She even has these flow charts that make it easy to understand where in the process you are. When she was showing homes she was extremely honest, never pushed a property but would give her opinion and lean on her expertise to ensure I got the right home for me. Being new to all of this I had tons of questions some of which would come to mind at odd hours. She was always quick to respond. Shelley never B.S.’d me. If she didn’t know an answer to a question she would either find out or point me in the direction of someone who knew. A quality becoming harder and harder to find in people. She is my realtor for anything I need in the future without question. I can’t say enough good things about how the experience went! She also has an extremely cute dog!
