When purchasing our new home Sharon made it extremely easy and stress free. She knew what area and price range we were in the market for, so when our home hit the market she had us set up to view it the same day. In the area we are in you have no time to waste in this market. She had our offer in that night and it was accepted by the next day. She worked great with the realtor of the seller and was quick to ask her any questions that came up. She actually answers her phone when you call or she is quick to return it if she by chance misses it. We bought our home right in the middle of Covid and the obstacles that came up were made minimal when she handled it. She worked great with our financing company and asked them all our questions. She is still answering our phone calls and questions months later. She works hard for her clients and I wouldn’t use anyone else.
