So far we have loved living here!! The community is nice and the manager and maintenance are so sweet and understanding. We had trouble with our AC and they fixed it as fast as they could. My only complaints would be the parking available and occasionally we can smell marijuana inside our apartment from someone in our building smoking it.

Update: Apartment management has taken action and the smell no longer exists in my apartment. I appreciate the professionalism and dedication to provide a comfortable residence for tenants. Original message: This may not be the best time to provide a review since I have pot smoking neighbors which smells up my apartment. Otherwise, this is a great place to reside.

No complaints at all! I have enjoyed my time living here to say the least. Management and Maintenance take care of the place very well and I get to relax on the back patio area or beside the pool. Definitely a place worth renting.

Nice clean facilities, prompt maintenance, Stacy and Josh run this place so well! They have been flexible and understanding throughout my stay here! I’d recommend them to everybody looking for a place to stay! And it’s affordable, they’ve utilized the Flex app to help residents split their payments in half for the month! Shadowood is forever evolving with the times!

To describe the the experience I've had with these apartments in one word it would be Wow! Ms. Stacy is very fast and efficient on getting you what you need to know and helping with a smooth transition. Also the property is very well maintained by Mr. Josh. Fast and knowledgeable repairs are made. No complaints thanks for this little slice of heaven. A diamond in the ruff.

I have lived here for almost two years now. The folks in the office work hard to keep the place nice and clean. Every Maintenance request is handled ASAP. This has been easily the most enjoyable Apartments I have stayed in. Thanks!!

Stacy worked hard to get me in on a quick turn around so I could start my new job. She's extremely helpful and kind! Everything is clean and they are responsive to any work orders or issues. I love that it is pet friendly and so does my dog Magnolia! The units are older which leads to some issues with heating and cooling, but overall they are nice! The town home is spacious and quiet. I've never felt unsafe and would recommend living here.

This a great place to live. It’s quiet and nice for its age (built in 1972). It’s very clean, and the manager is always helpful and friendly!
