Great apartments! Very accommodating and nice amenities and security. Nice quiet neighborhood and centrally located to everything in Florence! Tiffany is a great manager and is very helpful all the way through the sign up process. I Highly recommend renting here!

Very rude staff. We came in to look at the apartments and eventually place a deposit upon deciding on it. We walked in, she never greeted us. She merely yelled for us to come in and immediately retreated to her office to resume her lunch that was actually over. We never got the chance to even view an apartment before being advised to go to cheaper, lower quality apartments. I would advise no person of color to come this way tbh.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Mostly elderly folks, doctors and the likes. Well maintained grounds and maintenance. Pool isn't big at all and gym isn't much to mention but overall nice place.
