Service Star has recently taken over the management of three of our families single family residence rentals ( last 2 months). Each one has come with it's own set of challenges - some expected and some not. Randa's and Ashley's communication skills and timely responses are next level professional. As we have self- managed some of our properties over the years, we are encouraged that we have found the right company to manage our affairs and take some of the stress from our daily grind.

Moving to the house under their management has been a nightmare. I'm so thankful we overlapped our lease with the old house because we have had several maintenance issues that even after a month are not resolved. When we tried to turn the water on the house was not listed as a rental so there was no water for several days while that was sorted out. Then the water could not be turned on at the main because of a leak in the irrigation box. So a good week or so into our lease they had that repaired. Or I should say turned off with the instructions to manually water the plants in the front yard to keep them from dying. After all that we find out there's no hot water in the hall bathroom. I had to take a day off of work for the plumber to have access. That plumber didn't fix the problem correctly and now it makes all kinds of noise. Plumber said he was in a hurry because it was his birthday and he had plans. Told us the noise will go away once the debris clears. Well it hasn't. Then there's the stove. When we turned in the application for the house we asked if the stove would be fixed, broken glass top. After a month into our lease it has still not been fixed. And between my spouse and I we have had to take off of work on 3 separate occasions with no resolution. The last two times the technician never bothered to show up. I have to tell you this move has been the biggest mistake we have made.

I have not utilized a service such as this before and was pleasantly surprised at the support I received. Rolando was patient and responsive thought out the process and I appreciated his attention to detail as well. In addition, Rachel was helpful in answering all my many questions when I stopped by the office.
