The two women who work in the office are rude. We pay so much money and they can’t fix our carpet. Lastly the lies about how the “concession” breaks down and how it’s applied to our rent. Overall this y isn’t the best place to live. But the community of people who live around us are a joy. From the large amounts of new babies and new parents has been amazing. And the dog friendly ness of the neighborhood has been the two best parts and only reason we haven’t broken our lease.

If you’re looking to live here I wouldn’t suggest it at all. But we do because our two day old daughter and nine year old daughter need a home. Otherwise we’ll be seeking other places to live soon lm sure. The turn over rate here is very high every other week a new family is moving out due to overly priced rent. And a new family is tricked into renting until they realize this place is a scam for the price we pay.

We have moved to Serenity over 3 weeks ago and already feel here like at home, previously we lived in The Cove and loved it but I must admit Serenity has got so much more to give. I am super impressed by the management team Patrick is a wonderful human being polite, truly professional and communication with him was easy - but here I also have to mention someone very special it is Vlada who was truly going beyond herself making sure everything was ready and perfect for our move, working with her was a true bliss an pleasure that was for me a service with high level of professionalism and smile. Thanks to her this move was the easiest in our lives. The response time for maintenance service is amazing and I don't have to wait to long. It is an extremely well maintained property full of trees and a beautiful park with ample grass space and kids area. Here I have to point out how super pet friendly community it is - we have met loads of people already through the dog park - for us this is truly important factor, one shame is a lack of a pet wash stations but specious areas especially dedicated to dogs are amazing bonus. The location could not be better- close to Larkspur ferry that takes you to SF in no time plus what a great way to commute. Serenity is close to a lovely market full of wonderful eateries, boutiques and entertainment: Fridays free live Jazz music, every Saturday Fabulous farmers market and on Sundays Food truck. Bon air shopping centre is only 5 min drive as well as Traders Joes so no need to worry if you run out of eggs and sugar. Serenity organising yoga and other classes as well as cooking presentations which are fun way to meet your neighbours, if you like to exercise the specious gym is available, two outdoor pools which a saltwater- perfect for your skin and jacuzzis are adding level of luxury and comfort. Close to nature , Perfect Location, lovely community and super convenient worth checking out !!!!

I went to view the apartment . The 2500 dollar apartment only exists for a year . Then your apartment increases according to your income . She didn't bother to tell me this information whenever I scheduled the viewing . Stay away

Maria and Vanessa who work in the leasing office are amazing!! They always have a smile on their face and are so helpful. They work hard to make sure you get the best rate. When you take advantage of the amenities, they always support you. Can't recommend them more!!

I feel bad for the people who live there. they will face the nightmare when their term to move out whatever reason for their life moving forward. This apartment management seems to known to not return your security deposit. When I read about it from review, I took it lightly until it was my turn. I still did not get back my security deposits. I moved out 07/20/2023. it's 11/03/2023. I am the same boat as many others who need to move out for life moving forward base on job location.
"I still have not received my security deposit back and constantly have to hunt down someone to talk to and respond to me because of their constant turnover". I will continue to reach out to them monthly and will post at here whether I am finally speak to the person who is responsible for dealing with this work. when I called, I am receiving from management saying, "I will send out email and cc you".

Serenity at Larkspur is a beautiful property and can feel like a great community at times too. Two pools, a very cute pond, and fireplaces in various spots. Can’t beat the awesome location at Larkspur Landing also.

The Serenity community has been so lovely! With local shops near by and amazing amenities we love this community! The staff at the management office is always very helpful and on top of everything.
