The quality is exceptional, it surpassed my expectations, which were high after reading the online reviews. As for the delivery, Virgil was amazing. I was really worried he would not be able to get the shed to the prepared pad because of the steep driveway and limited space, but his knowledge and expertise made it not only possible, but the outcome was perfect. Even though my shed location is a very long way from Red Bluff, I chose Sequoia Sheds to build my shed because of the quality work and I appreciate the care taken in building and delivering my chalet/shed.

We got a 10 x 10, and a 10 x 12 shed from Sequoia Sheds. These are so sturdily built, and their prices are really good.
My husband loves his shed, and I love my "she shed".

He made the process of designing and building 2 custom sheds a pleasure. Even last minute changes that I made were handled with a positive attitude whereas any other builder would probably give up! The delivery to my remote location by Virgil was done efficiently and accurately. I originally called Sequoia because they are a small, established local family owned business ( not a nation-wide franchise ) and I'm so glad I did!

We started with their Premium Cottage and Ranch models and customized to meet our needs. They made the design process easy and provided us with plans so that we could prepare the underground plumbing.

The smaller shed was built in-factory while the larger shed was built on-site. In both cases, the quality and attention to detail was top notch.

Throughout the entire process, they provided excellent customer service. They also stand behind their sheds with a fantastic warranty.

Our high expectations were exceeded by Sequoia Sheds. Without hesitation, we can recommend them highly!

We met the owner (Theodore) of Sequoia Sheds at the home and garden show in Chico three years ago. The quality of build and attention to detail was obvious on the models he had set up at the show. We liked the price and the fact that it was a local business and not one of the big commercially known shed builders like Tuff Shed or Lexington Sheds. Our first 10 x 12 barn with loft (which we LOVED!) was delivered 2 years ago and burned to the ground November 8th, 2018 in the Paradise, California Campfire. Our second 10 x 12 barn with loft was delivered a few weeks ago.
We found the prices and the quality to be better than the other manufacturers. We highly recommend giving Theodore of Sequoia Sheds a call for anyone looking for a new building. 😁

buying my shed was a great experience. I was able to look at their completed sheds before ordering. They were very professional, the value was better than the shed we bought at Costco. They completed the shed at their business and painted it to match our house. All they had to do at the time of delivery was level the ground and roll it off the truck. It was so much better than having someone build it at our home and then having to caulk and paint it ourselves.

This shed was customized, delivered without a hitch over a very scary bridge. Cheaper than a box store. Attached is a photo of it coming off the delivery truck. Next he took out the jack and level to make sure it set just right. Exhibit A for why I love to support local business. Everybody who sees it comments on its rustic beauty.
