Dear Sentinel Corporate,
I have been coming to this storage facility for approximately 20 years now. I find the manager Sam is a delightful replacement after the departure of the old facility team. He is a professional as a corporate individual with business sense and is willing to assist in anyway that he can. I enjoy his personality and relieved that moving forward with the new company as our manager here and he understands his clientele with a sense of humor and humble. As customers locally we are luck to have him.
I have watched him over the past three years selling product to the customers for storage needs. I have used storage facilities since 1977 and the industry has changed a lot. I have used storage over seas and nationally and this is one of the finest locations I have used. Thank you Sam for all that you do. Current satisfied tenant-Marsha .

I really want to leave a review to say how helpful and nice it was to meet with the manager Sam today when I came into the office. He is very professional and personable. So informative and kind.We had a wonderful long conversation and have a lot in common. Customer service was above and beyond and truly appreciated.I would recommend anyone to store here. The facility is always clean and well taken care of. Kim is wonderful and was able to accommodate just what we needed. And with hundreds of storage units there, I don’t know how she remembers my name, but she’s always friendly and greets with a smile. Highly recommend!

Recently got a storage unit with Sentinel and honestly, they made it easy and flawless. I've already spoke to two employees and they're both equally lovely and helpful. The storage site is clean, safe and convenient. Would definitely recommend!!

Wow! What a great experience! The manager Sam helped me on multiple occasions including surviving the earthquake in the area. He told me not to worry and stuff was safe! Sentinel is lucky to have a manager like him! I would store here again!!!

Wish I could do six stars here! The manager, Sam, at the High Bridge location went above and beyond and even stayed late to help us get multiple units for our business. The site is clean and well-lit and feels quite safe and secure here in Hunterdon county. Refreshing contrast to other nearby self storage sites as Sam was able to get us units when nothing appeared available!
