I can’t speak to the legality of these matters but I most certainly can attest to the MORALITY. Falsely advertising prices as lower than what you will be charging I can’t wait to inform the better business bureau about this including the screenshots of their false advertising. Since they refuse to update their website. They list prices online lower than what they intend to charge tenants and don’t notify you of the discrepancy until AFTER submitting the application fee. Nice way to pad their bottom line but a terrible way to run a business. Especially when you consider that applicants could be single parents dependent on the listed prices. Disappointed but not surprised with Lindsey management. BOO. SHAME.

Unit is listed for $895/mo on the website, the application, and every third party listing site.

Paid $200 in fees to apply.

Application, that, again, SAYS THE PRICE IS $895, *gets accepted*.

Suddenly the price is now $1,050 with no explanation as to why.

“It doesn’t say that on your site, the application, or anywhere else online.”
“We’re aware, we’re working to correct that.”

Really? You were aware the wrong price was listed before taking my money, kept that to yourself, and accepted the payment under false pretenses anyway?

Best case scenario is you’re disorganized/incompetent and trying to CYA by acting like this wasn’t a failure on your part. Worst case is that you knowingly lied about the price in order to steal $200 from folks who actually work for a living.

Oh, and when we asked to speak to a manager about this they refused to give any contact information. Said he’d reach out to us soon. Pardon me if I don’t hold my breath.

It's definitely not worth what you pay. They tell you one price, and it's something different after the lease is signed. You call or send an email, and you get no response or answer. As soon as my lease is up, I'm outta here. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place to NO ONE!!

If I could give 0 stars I would I moved into these apartments the middle of January 2024 and have had 2 raccoons living in my roof since then I have constantly let maintenance and landlord know about this issue and it’s going on 2 months and I’m still waiting for the issue to be fixed. Maintenance more worried about what your doing than fixing on anything.

May of 2022 we contacted this place wanting to relocate to AR due to health issues of my in laws. They had ZERO problems taking my money for application fees AND for deposit!! They were supposed to email lease agreement and NEVER DID!! we were told a move in date of 7/31/2022 and when we tried to call to check on things with our upcoming move in the phone # at the complex says its disconnected or no longer in service! After trying to call them over 40 times and calling the property management number and leaving 3 URGENT MESSAGES no calls were ever returned!! So we drove from IL to AR to talk to Cornelia only to find out of the office til Monday!
We were at the property June 1st and we were given an apartment # and told the pool was broken and getting fixed that week...LOL as of 7/16/2022 still broken and a final notice from city of conway code enforcement hanging on the door about the pool!! I'm guessing they just want money from people any way they can get it! I contacted the arkansas attorney General and filed a complaint with them about this company!!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! If i could give 0 i would. I never even got the chance to move in, but, Jordan is probably the most unprofessional person I've ever met, she will straight lie to you, won't return calls, etc. The property manager seems to NEVER be there and for some reason the assistant manager (Jordan) can't seem to a thing on her own besides MAYBE answer the phone. I was switched 4 different times apartment wise, could never get a set apartment nor set in stone move in date. They took a little over 1500 for an apartment that would never be ready. Please be aware that both women in that office will lie, they don't know what they're doing, and you'll be sucked dry financially because of them, don't waste your time or energy dealing with these people.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy. Lived here 3 years only for these people to have the Sheriff show up at my door WHILE we were paying them. We have never been problem tenants although we did pay rent late a few times we paid their late fee and it was never an issue until this new company bought them. They are liars. Jordan and whatever her boss’s name is. She was rarely there so I never even got her name. Get everything in writing. Record every conversation. They are Very unprofessional. My sewer/ water bill was around $200 every month and they refused to fix the issue. They said they bill the WHOLE building then divide it the way they want to. Sewer should NEVER be this high. So all the paint they are covering things with won’t change the fact that they are ROBBING you blind to flush the toilet!

havent even moved in yet and its already a terrible experience. still waiting on doors to be put into my unit after waiting for over a month to move in. i was told by JORDAN that the doors would be put on weeks ago. we havent even gotten the lease sent over!! she said we would be moved in before the lease to my last apartment was up. BECAUSE OF HER LACK OF COMMUNICATION, I AM NEAR HOMELESSNESS. i have to keep bothering/calling up there bc they do not update me on anything!! these apartments shouldnt even charge a application fee or deposit!!! she offered 300 off first months rent but HOW do i pay rent when i havent even moved in or gotten my lease agreement yet?! we even keep asking to pay the deposit but nope! cant pay a deposit if the lease wont get sent over. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALREADY. prove me wrong
