I viewed two places , filled out an application heard nothing. Seen the agent at a different location was told I would get a follow up nothing. Left multiple messages NO FOLLOW UP AT ALL.

Rainbow Property in Vallejo ca has been a mess since they took over. The lack of professionalism is to the roof. I’ve never known a company who hire outside maintenance for everything. Once they do find someone to service the job. There’s never a follow up just someone show up to your home with out being communicated. This has happened 3 time to me. I have no information on who to call when it’s an emergency. Something small like a lock out or major a flood. Do I think they could be better yes! Will they I doubt it. Speaking to the woman who are in control is like speaking to children never a resolution just a waste of time. My bathroom flooded on Thursday night not a call or text or email Friday. Just someone showing up to my home Saturday at 3pm . Never was it communicated that he would show up at 3pm.

Management needs to up their anti managing 203 Bissell Ave. The place is slowly falling apart and becoming a delinquent tenant bando building.
There is still time to save this place but if the property management continues to sweep the small issues under the rug the keep ignoring the good tenets request to better the units, 203 Bissell Ave is going to be a not so great property…

I have been using SPRE property management for over 3 years now and they have been terrific! I used to manage my properties myself but I'm so glad I found SPRE. It's taken all the stress and worry off my plate. I've gotten tenants placed within less then a week of my properties being listed! Gianna is very hands on, transparent and extremely helpful, she returns my calls right away and takes the extra time to help out in any situation. I can't say enough good things about her and her team. Honest, reliable and friendly is just a start. I absolutely recommend SPRE!

Very fishy. It takes forever for them to go over application process. Ghosting after you paid application fee.
