I moved to Gainesville from Tampa back in 2022 and came across this company. And I have been with them ever since. I love my place of residence. Each time I need a service I put in the request and it is handled in a timely matter. The communication is superb. Because there are a lot of people and leasing companies that will straight up ignore you. But not mine. They are great and will highly recommend to anyone.

Poor business practices through and through. Currently in the midst of dealing with them. Will update as the saga continues. Thus, far their strength is responding to emails. But no action, progress, or improvements made since move-in. My roommate and I were
forced to clean the entire unit from top to bottom (documented through the video walkthrough done 1 day prior to move in), while we were on the clock for moving trucks, and simultaneously moving our belongings in. Bought all of our own products and put in about 15 hours between the two of us. Were offered $200 as compensation.

Ongoing, they have managed the property, facilitated minor repairs, communicated all changes promptly and all I need to know is that the rent check shows up in my bank account every month. They advertised it, and moved in tenants very quickly.They are very good at keeping me informed and have managed to fix a number of issues that we had with the property when it was first rented out.
