I found the home plans at Seasons at Green Valley Ranch by Richmond American Homes to be unique and spacious. The community appears to be well-maintained and welcoming, and I would confidently recommend it to our friends for a visit to the sales office and model home.

However, there are areas where I believe the builder could make improvements:

1. The Home American Mortgage department could benefit from enhanced communication practices.
2. It would be helpful for the sales office to provide clearer information about layout differences between model homes and actual homes.
3. I recommend that the Construction/Closing department ensures all items are completed before closing. I experienced delays and had to follow up multiple times, even after the home orientation and closing had occurred.

I walked in twice to make sure what model I was interested in. The lady on the right, Brenda is her name, wasn’t very helpful. She seemed tired or not interested in talking to me or my husband. He was asking questions and she would give a quick response just to cut him off. I came back with my agent and then she remembered who I was. I think she needs to start taking people serious when they go to see the model homes, no matter how we dress or look! Don’t be fooled by our appearance.

Didn’t even tell my husband to sit down he was talking to her from outside her office

No costumer skills, not welcoming
Didn’t bother to get up. She seemed like she did not even want to do her job. So what are they there for just to sit down and collect a check she needs to lower done her pride and be more helpful to potential costumers

Beautiful new homes. The Taurmaline and the Moonstone are the best designs, feeling spacious and with large rooms. The larger model, Amolime, is nice, but because it has more bedrooms, they're all smaller and the house overall feels more cramped.
