Updating this review as to the owners response. SHE DID NOT REFUND ME FOR THE SECOND NIGHT LIKE SHE SAID SHE WOULD !!!!!! AND I NEVER CALLED HER AT 2AM. AND I DON'T DRINK NOR DO I TAKE ANY DRUGS!!! JUST READ ALL THE REPSONSES TO NEGATIVE COMMNETS MADE ABOUT HER PROPERTY........ VERY POOR BUSINESS PERSON NOT TO MENTION A LIER. AND ALSO HER ACCUSING A PREVIOUS CUSTOMER OF BEING A DRUNK OR DRUG ADDICT ON SOCIAL MEDIA GOES TO SHOW HER CHARACTER...............

BUYER BEWARE. DON’T PREPAY IN FULL !!!I booked a room for two nights and prepaid for it prior to my arrival. I contacted COVID five days before my arrival and called to cancel my reservation. I was told by the owner that if she found someone else to take the room she would refund me for both nights. Normal policy is only one night. I honesty didn’t trust her because I read a prior review from a women who’s son had cancer and they had to leave early because he needed to be hospitalized. She received ZERO refund. And I’m sure the room was rented. I had my son call the next day to check availability and he was told they had no rooms available. I called the next day and was told them same. When I called the owner and told her she got PISSED at me for checking. As of today I’m still waiting on my refund for the second night. Terrible customer service!!!!!!

I’ll keep this as short as possible. I booked a room for two nights in June 2024 which I paid in full for at the time I booked it. The Monday before check I came down with COVID. I called and spoke to the owner and explained my situation. She said they don’t give refunds but if she rented out my room before checkin she would refund me. After reading a review she never refunded a customer who had to leave because her son had cancer I didn’t trust she would refund me. I had my son call the next day and she said they were totally booked which was a lie because my room was available. I called too a few days later and was told the same. There’s a lot more back and forth with owner even her being angry at me for calling and asking if they were booked. Long story short I’m still waiting for one night refund and it’s December 4th. So don’t pay in full and don’t expect a refund. If you notice her response to negative reviews are always answered unprofessionally she doesn’t take constructive criticism very WELL. I’ve never write bad reviews. But in this case I just wanted to warn everyone.

We come every year because the place is great and the staff is AMAZING!!!! Clean bright rooms, good AC and nice pool! Perfect location! The front desk crew are the kindest people ever! The guy who does as the maintenance for the building, Chris, went WAY above and beyond for us. I was trying to blow up a pool tube and couldn’t so he got in his truck, drove to the Mariana and had it blown up for me! No charge, just pure kindness! 5 stars across the board!

We love staying at the Seahorse!! The rooms are beautiful and so clean. There's a nice grill area to the side of the hotel and the property is beautifully maintained. The pool is perfect after a day on the beach, which is a short one block walk. There's plenty of shopping near by, as well. Shout out to Marie who was able to move our friends to the room next door to us! Excellent location & the staff is wonderful. The owner is so accommodating and always lets my little boy say hi to her cute pug. Thank you, Elaina, for another amazing stay. FIVE STARS

I enjoyed the motel. The people are nice. I loved the pool and so did my 6 year old. The rooms are nice and very clean. Love that they had a refrigerator because daddy o across cost much more but no fridge. Bring your own soap and body was because the bars they have are tiny. Great location. Everything you need is close. Motel is quiet.

The woman at the front desk cheerfully greeted us when we arrived. We had a room on the newly renovated third floor. While the room is very basic it was neat as a pin, clean as a whistle, and met all of our needs. The room rate is extremely reasonable too. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

This place is a quaint motel mom and pop owned, the owners are very nice. The rooms are nice and clean, the bars of soap could be more substantial. And the chairs could use a cushion but other than that the bed is comfy the blankets could be a little thicker.. but overall I give it 👍👍
