The home we rented was lovely. The people at the Sea Breeze real estate office were not. We left the place better than how we found it...we took videos before and after our two week vacation. We had cleaned, swept, and organized the garage which was not pristine when we arrived. We also picked up many cigarette butts in the stones in the yard. No one in our party smokes. They tried to tell us we left the place in disarray. I hadn't told them at this point that I had taken videos. I asked them to send pictures. They objected to the way we folded the bed linens at the foot of the bed. Since this was Covid, we assumed they would wash or replace the duvet covers between families. They also sent a picture of the counter top with a straw and rag left on it. Obviously my video had no such items on the counter. They doubled down when I told them they had staged that picture and I was told that another agent from Sea Breeze also said the home was left messy. I asked if I could have the owner's information as I wanted to let them know what was happening. I asked for the cleaning service's information as well as the two agents who were stating such claims against us. It was only when I said I needed all that information as I was going to go to small claims court to make sure my deposit was returned in full. It was only then they agreed to reimburse our deposit. Very shady.

We loved our week long "beach house" and would love to secure the same home again! Check in and out was so effortless and the views from the dining room table were beyond breathtaking. Excellent customer service! Cathy was amazing as always!

We have rented in LBI for over 18 years and have never had to contact the realtor once with any issues. Unfortunately that is not the case with Sea Breeze in our rental this past summer. We had to deal with missing doors, holes in walls and doors, ceilings that opened up and had water come through them due to rain in three different spots, a sink that wouldn't drain, and more. We had to contact Sea Breeze three times before anyone would come to address the issues and when they did come, they only fixed two doors. Their response was "what can we do - we aren't the owners". At the end of the week, when returning the keys, we found out that Sea Breeze knew about all of these issues before our rental even began. The pictures on their website were a misrepresentation of the house - the hole in the wall was not there and there were doors being shown where there weren't any when we arrived. After the week finished, we contacted both Terry and Cathy numerous times and asked for a partial refund as we felt the house was not worth the $5000 we paid them. We were promised phone calls back that same day a few times with no response. It is now 2 months later, and we still have yet to hear from them even after numerous attempts on our part. I would highly recommend NOT to use this realtor. I wish I had done some research of my own before renting with them. I only hope that I can help someone else so they don't have the same issues we had. Our rental property was:
